Norwich University elects two new trustees

Norwich University officials announced the election of two new members to the Board of Trustees - Maxine Jo Grad of Moretown, Vt., and John C. Koziol of Rockwall, Texas.

The Honorable Maxine Jo Grad is an attorney and educator who serves as vice chair of the Vermont House Judiciary Committee. A 1985 graduate of Vermont Law School, Grad attended the Snelling Center for Government’s Vermont Leadership Institute. From 1987 to 1993, Grad worked at the law firm then-named Darby, Laundon, Stearns and Thorndike in Waterbury and Stowe after practicing law in the public sector.

Ms. Molstad is a CIDA accredited Interior Designer from Kansas who also schooled in Florence Italy. She has experience working with architects, builders & remodelers designing residential and commercial spaces. Ms. Molstad resides in Burlington and will be serving Vermont.

C2 (Competitive Computing), a Colchester-based internet business and enterprise infrastructure consulting firm, announced that Bryan Ducharme has joined as eBusiness Development Manager. Pediatrician Dr. Mike Moseley is a Legend

Before the Medical Staff, NCH President & CEO Claudio Fort and Board Chair Kathy Austin presented Dr. Thomas A.E. (Mike) Moseley with a display plate, naming him the third Legend for North Country Hospital. The Legends Scholarship Fund was created in 2010 with Cecile Gelineau, RN, followed by David Alsobrook, MD receiving the honor. Each year funds generated through this program award a scholarship to a deserving student pursuing a healthcare career.

Dr. Moseley's wife, Christine, and his office staff joined him as he accepted the award.

Jeremy Rathbun, PE, joins DuBois & King

DuBois & King consulting engineers announce Jeremy Rathbun, PE, has joined the firm as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. For the past 13 years, Mr. Rathbun has provided engineering and project management for Vermont projects with a focus on mechanical system design, design and programming of control systems, and energy analysis. Mr. Rathbun resides in Middlebury. He joins the firm’s Building Services Division and works out of DuBois & King’s South Burlington office.
