Gifford nurse practitioner receives award for excellence
Gifford family nurse practitioner Eileen Murphy has been named this year's Vermont recipient of the State Award for Excellence by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the largest professional membership organization for NPs of all specialties.
Established in 1993, the award is given to a nurse practitioner in each state who demonstrates excellence in clinical care. Murphy will be honored in June during the association's national conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
