Burlington-based law firm Paul Frank + Collins has announced that attorney Bailey LaFlam has joined its employment and labor practice. LaFlam comes to PF+C with two years of legal experience from work at a Chittenden County law firm.

“Bailey is bright and thoughtful,” said Kerin Stackpole, leader of the firm's employment and labor practice. “Even in the short time that she has been with us, she has proven that she can forge great connections with clients and other counsel. She is a terrific addition to our team.”

Norwich University has appointed alumni David Brigham and Jeffrey Harrington to co-direct the school's Center for Leadership, designed to prepare and educate future leaders. Harrington has also been named professor of practice by the Norwich School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.
