In July, a camera crew pulled up to Bove’s Café in Burlington, Vermont to film Mark Bove making his family’s storied Roasted Garlic Sauce. The sauce and the Café were to be featured on Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” in November, in an episode that focuses on garlic.

Dylan Campbell Wins Next Generation Scholarship at New England Culinary Institute
Dylan Campbell of Winooski, VT has been awarded the Alumni Association
Next Generation Scholarship from New England Culinary Institute. Mr.
Campbell, who attended Colchester High School, is in the Associate's
degree program, studying Culinary Arts at NECI. He began his studies in
October 2010.
The Alumni Association Next Generation Scholarship is awarded to high
potential students who have been recommended by an alumnus of NECI. “We

Victoria Izyderczak of Darmstadt, Germany has been awarded the Alumni
Association Next Generation Scholarship from New England Culinary
Institute. Ms. Izyderczak, who attended St. Johnsbury Academy, is in the
Bachelor's degree program, studying Hospitality and Restaurant Management
at NECI. She began her studies in October 2010.
