Secretary of State Jim Condos hires new Corporations Division Director

Secretary of State Jim Condos announces that Ali Sarafzade has been hired to lead the Corporations Division for the Secretary of State’s office, effective immediately. A Montpelier resident with experience in economic development and business services Sarafzade has a unique mix of public and private sector experience, including roles in the Vermont Department of Economic Housing and Community Development; as Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs in Washington DC; and as a fellow with the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance.

Mark DiGangi named Vice President at TD Wealth Management Group in Burlington

Mark L. DiGangi has joined TD Wealth Management, a subsidiary of TD Bank N.A., as a Vice President in Private Banking in Burlington, Vt. He is responsible for coordinating specialists who provide banking and wealth needs to high net worth clients throughout Vermont.

DiGangi has 22 years of experience in banking, investments and wealth management. Prior to joining TD Wealth Management, he served as a Retirement Specialist at Morgan Stanley and a Senior Relationship Manager in business banking at KeyBank, both in Burlington.
