Comcast names Ineshia Proctor regional director of customer care

Comcast has announced that Ineshia Proctor has been appointed director of customer care for the company’s Western New England Region, which includes more than 300 communities in Connecticut, Vermont, New York, Western Massachusetts and Western New Hampshire.

In this role, Proctor is responsible for overseeing Comcast’s Customer Care operations for the region, including managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s local regional call centers located in Enfield, Connecticut and South Burlington, Vermont.

CVMC honors Auxilian of the Year

Ellie Traynor was named “Auxilian of the Year” by the Central Vermont Medical Center Auxiliary. Ellie was a long-time volunteer and later assistant manager of the auxiliary’s gift shop. She began volunteering at CVMC in 2001 and logged almost 8,000 hours in the gift shop.

The Vermont Agency Foundation awards $5,300 to KidSafe Collaborative

The Vermont Agency Foundation held its third annual Casino Night recently at the Burlington Hilton. With more than 100 guests in attendance, $5,300 was raised to benefit KidSafe Collaborative. KidSafe Collaborative of Chittenden County has a mission to engage agencies, community groups and individuals to work together to improve our community’s prevention of and response to child abuse and neglect.
