In January, Goddard College named faculty member Ju-Pong Lin as the new Program Director of its low-residency MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts (MFAIA) Program. Lin will lead the program at both its residency sites in Plainfield, Vermont, and Port Townsend, Washington.

Berkshire Bank has announced that Heather Lashway has been promoted to the new role of First Vice President, retail banking district manager, New York and Vermont. In this new position, Lashway will lead Berkshire's New York and Vermont branches and regional managers along with her continued leadership of Berkshire Banc Investment Services team.

Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) has announced the election of Ms. Michele Nelson to serve as VELCO's Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Ms. Nelson had been serving as the company's Vice President of Finance since 2012. The VELCO Board of Directors unanimously approved Nelson's elevation at their February 5 meeting.
