Ellis brings over 13 years of health care related mechanical experience including 7 years as supervisor of plant engineering at the University of VT Medical Center. Amy Puglise was also hired by Vermont Mechanical, Inc. as The Director of Human Resources. Puglise has over 15 years in Human Resources Experience. Puglise was with Hearthstone Quality Home Heating Products as Human Resources Manager, where she was responsible for compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration, health and wellness programs, performance management and strategic planning.
