Secretary of State Jim Condos announced today that S Lauren Hibbert has been named the next Director of the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation (OPR). Hibbert has worked at OPR since 2011, serving in the roles of Chief Prosecuting Attorney and as General Counsel for the licensing division.
