Union Bank of Vermont and New Hampshire has appointed Craig Erickson as branch manager at the bank’s St. Albans location at 15 Mapleville Depot Road.

Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, has announced several key appointments across its business units. These include Owen Timlin, new-business development manager; Lucas Osorio (pictured), program manager; Mark Churan, quality engineer; and Darcy Lyle, sales service representative.

Vermont Studio Center has elected educators Peggy Williams, of Johnson, and Cyra Levenson, of Brooklyn, New York, to the organization’s board of trustees.

David Whitehill, former executive of the Reading (Pa.) Symphony Orchestra, has been named executive director of the Manchester Music Festival, effective Feb. 24. Whitehill will be responsible for the administrative leadership of the organization, which presents a five-week summer chamber music festival and operates the Young Artists Program.

Gobeille, former executive vice president and chief operating officer at the University of Vermont Health Network and former secretary of the Vermont Agency of Human Services, succeeds Alan DeForest, who served as chair the past nine years.

Community National Bank has promoted Melissa Tinker to assistant human resources officer and training coordinator. Tinker began her career in banking in 2002. She has worked as a deposit services representative, teller, finance assistant, financial services coordinator, and shareholder services and human resources coordinator.
