Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, has announced several key appointments across its business units. These include Owen Timlin, new-business development manager; Lucas Osorio (pictured), program manager; Mark Churan, quality engineer; and Darcy Lyle, sales service representative.
“These strategic hires reflect Mack’s ongoing investment in top talent to ensure we remain ahead of our customers’ needs,” said company President Josh Pang. “From business development and engineering to quality and compliance, each of these individuals brings a wealth of expertise that will help us strengthen our capabilities, enhance customer support and drive future growth.”
Timlin joins Mack Molding from BASF Forward AM, where he served as sales and business development manager. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years at The Technology House, where he held roles including director of business development and sales manager. He is a graduate of John Carroll University outside Cleveland.
Osorio has rejoined Mack Molding, where he served as shift technician, engineering associate and quality manager between 2009 and 2021. With extensive experience in manufacturing, quality and program management, he brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Osorio holds multiple industry certifications.
Churan joins Mack from NSK Steering Systems America in Bennington, where he led quality initiatives for major automotive manufacturers. With over 22 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering, Churan specializes in inspection, testing and production process evaluation. He is a graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.
Lyle brings to her new role extensive experience in sales, customer service and marketing, having held leadership roles across the hospitality and tourism industries. Prior to Mack, she worked as sales supervisor at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Lyle holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Herkimer County Community College in New York.
