KeyBank announces the following Vermont employee promotions:

Philip C. Smith is now Senior Vice President, District Retail Leader. Smith joined Key in 2008 as Vice President/Business Banking. In his new role, Smith is responsible for overseeing the Retail business for Key’s 13 Vermont branches and 22 ATMs.

Thomas Stich was promoted to Services Team Manager for the Northeastern U.S. He joined Key in 2005 as a Commercial Services Officer.
