VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region has promoted Chief Quality Officer Jessica Boutin to CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2025.

Boutin has been an integral part of VNAHSR for 24 years, serving in various roles that have allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of the organization’s values, goals and needs of the communities it serves. Her leadership as chief quality officer has been characterized by collaboration, strategic thinking and a steadfast commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care for patients and their families.
