RAP appoints Katherine Dixon as next CEO

Former British diplomat Katherine Dixon has been named CEO of the Regulatory Assistance Project, a Montpelier-based nonprofit organization that advises governments on energy regulation, electricity markets and climate policy. She replaces interim CEO and RAP co-founder David Moskovitz, effective Jan. 1.

Dixon brings more than 20 years' experience across a range of public, private and nonprofit roles. She currently serves as head of Bain Consulting’s Global Energy Transition Policy Centre, based in Paris.
