KeyBank names Jeffrey Ciochetto new business banking officer

KeyBank has hired Jeffrey Ciochetto as vice president senior business banking officer covering the State of Vermont. He is responsible for overseeing the development of new and existing relationships with business customers, consulting with business owners to identify banking needs and working with business banking officers and branch staff to provide quality customer service.

Gov. Shumlin appoints Kilgore to Washington County Probate Court

Gov. Peter Shumlin announced today the appointment of Jeffrey Kilgore to replace Judge George Belcher to the Probate Division of the Washington Unit of the Superior Court.

“Jeff has solid experience in probate issues and an extensive legal career,” Gov. Shumlin said. “That experience, as well as his knowledge of county government, make him an asset to the bench.”

Bread and Puppet founder Peter Schumann honored at Goddard College

Peter Schumann, the founder of the Internationally renowned Bread & Puppet Theater, will be honored at Goddard College with a special award to recognize his life and work in the arts and the social justice movement.

Goddard President Barbara Vacarr will present Schumann with the Second Annual Presidential Award for Activism at a ceremony on July 22, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. during the Masters of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts (MFA IA) Commencement, to be held at the Plainfield, Vermont campus.

Cohn and new team of officers lead Rotary Club this year

The Brattleboro Rotary Club recently inducted Newfane resident Martin Cohn as its 63rd club president for the 2012-2013 year. Cohn is president of Cohn Public Relations, a full-service public relations firm based in Brattleboro.
