Jonathan Butler and Kathleen Cosentino have joined as Account Associates; and Susan Clifford as Personal Lines Account Manager. Jonathan Butler possesses 5 years of customer service experience, most recently at Stowe Mountain Resort. Butler is currently pursuing a graduate certificate program in business operations at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
