Fellowship-trained sports medicine doctor joins Sharon Health Center

Dr. Nathaniel “Nat” Harlow grew up in Vermont, in Underhill, so when it came time to put his newly earned sports medicine fellowship to work, he looked to the Green Mountains of his childhood.

Dr. Harlow has joined Gifford Medical Center’s renowned sports medicine practice in Sharon.

A graduate of Brown University in Providence, R.I., he went on to medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.

Family nurse practitioner with doctorate degree joins Gifford

A nurse practitioner with advanced degrees and diverse experience has joined Gifford Health Care’s family practice in Randolph.

Family nurse practitioner Christina Harlow holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Colorado Mesa University, a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Arizona College of Nursing in Tucson and a doctor of nursing practice degree from the same institution.

She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a member of the American Nurses Association and has experience in emergency medicine, psychiatrics and more.

Three DRM attorneys recognized as Lawyers of the Year by Best Lawyers

Three attorneys with the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC have been named Lawyers of the Year for 2015 by Best Lawyers in America. Attorneys Johan W.E. Maitland, Willemien Dingemans Miller and Peter D. Van Oot were recognized by the peer-review organization, which derives its rankings from a survey of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within geographical and legal practice areas. Maitland was recognized in the Burlington, Vt., market.

Union Mutual of Vermont donates to CVMC

Union Mutual of Vermont made a generous $25,000 donation to help build an outdoor terrace for Central Vermont Medical Center’s Inpatient Psychiatry Unit.

Paul Lesure joins AllEarth Renewables' solar tracker sales team

AllEarth Renewables has announced the hiring of Paul Lesure to its solar tracker sales team.

Lesure, a sales account manager, will support the company in expanding its national solar installer network.

He comes to AllEarth Renewables with more than 15 years of sales and customer service experience. Lesure has spent his career in the outdoor products industry, having managed Eastern Mountain Sports in South Burlington, Vt. and working as an outdoor equipment sales representative with Three Mountain Associates.
