Bret Carter has joined TPW as Stratton Portfolio Manager, TPW Chief Executive Officer, Paul W. Carroccio announced today. Carter will oversee operations and business development for TPW's Stratton Resort Portfolio. Carter comes to TPW with a strong background in resort community management, maintenance, and capital planning. Most recently Carter has been providing facility management services to Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One with specific attention to demanding data center requirements.

A way to turn stormwater runoff into drinking water will be investigated in one of two recently awarded research grants to the David Crawford School of Engineering at Norwich University.
