Bret Carter has joined TPW as Stratton Portfolio Manager, TPW Chief Executive Officer, Paul W. Carroccio announced today. Carter will oversee operations and business development for TPW's Stratton Resort Portfolio. Carter comes to TPW with a strong background in resort community management, maintenance, and capital planning. Most recently Carter has been providing facility management services to Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One with specific attention to demanding data center requirements. Carter has a background in Mechanical Engineering with LEED facility construction, remodel and maintenance accreditations. Additionally, Carter has a particular history at Stratton Mountain during the early 2000s including tenure as a member of their Senior Management team with focus on Owner Relations. This role included direction of Association Management and Owner Rental Management. Carter also managed Long Trail House and several other HOA / COA properties on Stratton Mountain. "Mr. Carter is a respected industry veteran who brings over 20 years' experience and professional acumen to our management team. He's a tremendous asset to our company, and we welcome Bret and his family back to Vermont and into the growing TPW family," Carroccio said. Mr. Carter and his family plan to reside in the Manchester, VT area.
