Peter Smiar, PE, has been named Director of Land Development Services in VHB’s South Burlington, Vermont office. Peter joined the office as a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager a year ago, and in his new role Peter will oversee the continued growth and development of VHB’s Land Development team while directing business development efforts to enhance the team’s service offerings to our clients.

Adam Goudreau, a resident of Essex Junction, Vermont received his MS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 and has over four years of transportation structural engineering and design experience. Adam has provided structural engineering and design services on a variety of public and private transportation projects throughout Vermont, New England, and New York.
