Katie previously served in the role of Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2013. DFR Commissioner Pieciak to head international securities organization
Michael S Pieciak, commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, was named president-elect of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) last week at the NASAA annual conference in Seattle. Pieciak will serve as president-elect for one year and begin his term as president in September 2018.

Ms Smith is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is detailed orientated and proficient in several programs having schooled in International Hospitality & Service Management with a focus on Communications. Her experience is not only with numbers but also with excellent customer service skills.
Ms Smith grew up in West Harford, Connecticut and resides in Richmond.

At the 59th annual American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Awards Ceremony in San Diego California, Richard Lovett, MD, Rutland Regional Medical Center Radiation Oncologist, was one of 23 exemplary members throughout the United States and Canada to receive the 2017 ASTRO Fellow Designation.
