Scout Executive, Ed McCollin announced that Billy Gillam, Jr has accepted the position of District Executive for the Ethan Allen District of the Green Mountain Council. In his role, Billy will be responsible for the Scouting programs in Addison, Rutland and Bennington counties focusing on growing Scouting and supporting the hundreds of volunteers who serve as leaders for the Scouting units in the district.
