United Way of Northwest Vermont has hired Sarah Allerton as Working Bridges Resource Coordinator. In her new role, Sarah will work with employers in the Working Bridges Employer Collaborative, connecting with local employees at their work sites. This initiative seeks to improve access to key programs and services while simultaneously improving the underlying systems and policies to address life challenges that get in the way of being successful at work.
