Griffiths named Branch Manager at Union Bank Jericho branch

David Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank is pleased to announce that Stacie W Griffiths has been selected for the Branch Manager position at its new Jericho branch located at 368 VT Route 15. Currently under construction, the bank’s nineteenth full service branch is scheduled to open in the spring of 2019. “We are very pleased to have Stacie join the Union Bank team. Her extensive banking experience, commitment to community and genuine affinity for excellent customer service, position her perfectly as we look to serve new and existing customers in the Jericho area,” said Silverman. Stacie is currently working out of the Morrisville Main office until the Jericho branch opens. Once in Jericho, she will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the branch, including the management of all banking activity and services, along with originating Residential and Retail loans provided through that location.

Stacie, brings more than 18 years of banking experience, beginning her career at the former Merchants Bank, where she continued to grow her career from Customer Service Representative to Lending Specialist to Manager of two branch offices from 1998 to 2016. Most recently, she worked as a Real Estate Legal Assistant at Bauer, Gravel, Farnham, LLP. She also runs All Phase Property Maintenance, a family business with her husband where she has served as Office Manager from 2005 to the present.

Throughout her banking career, Stacie has obtained numerous banking diplomas and certificates from the Center for Financial Training. She has extensive training in Consumer Lending practices serving as a Consumer Loan Trainer for 11 years, teaching peers how to properly process, underwrite and close all types of consumer loans. An accomplished Bank Branch Manager, Stacie has expertise in customer service relations, lending, management and sales.

Highly active in community service, Stacie donates her time helping senior citizens manage their finances, pay bills and on occasion apply for Medicaid and Medicare through the Age Well Vermont program. She also serves as a Board Member for Dragonheart Vermont, which strives to strengthen and empower breast cancer survivors and supporters through the challenging sport of dragon boating, instilling in its members’ the values of teamwork, fitness and community giving.

Residing in Essex, Stacie lives with her husband Stephan and their three cats and dog Trigger. She enjoys traveling and sewing and spending time with family and friends.
