Community Health names Christopher Chadwick as chief operating officer
Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region has announced the promotion of Christopher Chadwick from director of behavioral health and medication-assisted treatment services to chief operating officer.
Under Chadwick’s leadership, patient visits in CHCRR's behavioral health service line more than doubled between 2019 and 2024. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College and holds a master's degree in business administration, management and operations from Norwich University.

CCV appoints Candace Lewis as dean of academic affairs
The Community College of Vermont has appointed Associate Academic Dean Candace Lewis as the school's next dean of academic affairs. She succeeds Debby Stewart, who retired in June after 31 years at the college.
“I am thrilled to welcome Candace into this role,” said CCV President Joyce Judy. “Candace believes deeply in the transformative power of community college education, and she will be key to ensuring that CCV continues to deliver high-quality, valuable, relevant programs to Vermonters.”
