Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region has announced the promotion of Christopher Chadwick from director of behavioral health and medication-assisted treatment services to chief operating officer.
Under Chadwick’s leadership, patient visits in CHCRR's behavioral health service line more than doubled between 2019 and 2024. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College and holds a master's degree in business administration, management and operations from Norwich University.
“Chris has demonstrated remarkable success in his role at Community Health,” said CEO Mike Gardner.“His dedication, expertise and leadership skills have greatly contributed to the growth and development of our team. We have no doubt that Chris will bring the same level of excellence and commitment to his new role.”
Chadwick will be succeeded in his former position by Ashley Rick, who had previously served as Community Health's behavioral health clinical supervisor. She is a graduate of Vermont State University and holds a master's degree in clinical science from the College of St. Joseph.
Rick, in turn, will be succeeded by clinical social worker Laura Ethier. She is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina.
