David Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank is pleased to announce that Karan Saini has been hired for the Merchant Services Representative position based out of the bank’s headquarters at 20 Lower Main Street in Morrisville. “Karan is a quick study and is passionate about providing superior service to our valued merchant customers,” said Silverman. “He is a great addition to our growing Merchant Services team.”

Andrew King, of Manchester Center, VT, has joined the Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) Foundation Board of Directors. “The SVHC Foundation relies on its highly experienced and deeply compassionate members to support our mission of delivering exceptional care and comfort to the people we serve,” said Leslie Keefe, SVHC’s vice president of corporate development. “We are so pleased to have found these qualities in abundance in Andrew and grateful that he has accepted the opportunity to join us.”

Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) was pleased this February to welcome Julia Dalphin, HACP, as Chief Quality Officer. Julia joins CVHHH’s senior leadership team, which includes Sandy Rousse, CEO, Kim LaGue, Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Bishop, Chief Financial Officer, Rebecca Bowen, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Emily McKenna, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. Rebecca McClung, MSN, RN, left her post last winter as CVHHH’s Chief Quality Officer to relocate out of state.

Vermont Health Commissioner Dr. Mark Levine has joined the board of United Way of Northwest Vermont (UWNWVT), an organization working to improve lives in Chittenden, Grand Isle and Franklin counties in Vermont. UWNWVT also announced the appointment to its board of Virginie Diambou, Catherine Dimitruk and Denise Smith.
