The Vermont Community Foundation welcomes Bornstein as a Mission Investment Manager
The Vermont Community Foundation has hired Adam Bornstein as a Mission Investment Manager. Adam joins the Community Foundation after more than 25-years in finance, social impact investing, and community development—both domestically and abroad, including Africa and Asia. Most recently, Adam worked as the Head for Innovative Finance & System Change at the Danish Red Cross, where he was responsible for developing transformation public-private partnerships as well as structuring and implementing technology-driven response and recovery programs, globally.
State Archivist and Chief Records Officer Marshall appointed to the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress
Secretary of State Jim Condos announced that State Archivist and Chief Records Officer Tanya Marshall has been appointed by Secretary of the Senate Sonceria Ann Berry to serve on the Advisory Committee on the Records of Congress.

The Vermont Senate Committee on Committees has appointed Brian Otley to the Vermont Community Broadband Board. Otley was formerly Chief Operating Officer at Green Mountain Power and will provide expertise in the area of utility law and policy to the board.
VCUDA appoints Sibilia to broadband board
The Vermont Communications Union Districts Association (VCUDA) board voted today to appoint Laura Sibilia of Dover to the newly established Vermont Community Broadband Board (VCBB). The Board was created through Act 71, An act relating to accelerated community broadband deployment, to assist and accelerate community efforts to achieve universal access to reliable, high-speed broadband service.
SVCOA announces additions to senior leadership team
Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging (SVCOA) is pleased to announce the promotion of two long-time agency staffers to new roles on its senior leadership team. Samantha Brennan and Kathy Clark, both former Lead Case Managers with SVCOA, have been named Aging Services Director and Assistant Director Case Management Operations, respectively.
