Lake Champlain Chamber announces DEI committee

People are at the very heart of the Lake Champlain Chamber’s mission to create economic opportunity. LCC is committed to equal justice, safety, respect, and opportunity for all people. As part of that commitment, LCC is happy to announce the formation of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. O’Brien joins Union Bank’s residential and consumer lending team

David Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank, is pleased to announce that Holly O’Brien has been hired as a Residential and Consumer Loan Officer. She will be working out of Union Bank’s Shelburne Village location at 5068 Shelburne Road (formerly a Citizen’s Bank location) which is scheduled to open in October of this year.

Claussen and Meyer join Grace Cottage Hospital board

Al Claussen and Karren Meyer have joined the Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital Board of Trustees. Claussen holds an MBA in Business Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maine – Orono. He is Project Manager for Noho Health Inc. dba Care/of in Brattleboro, and previously, he was Branch Officer for Berkshire Bank (Manchester, VT) and Store Manager and Category Sales Manager for Yankee Candle (S. Deerfield, MA).

Micklas named branch manager / business development manager of Union Bank’s new Shelburne Village branch

David Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank, announced that Dave Micklas has been selected for the Branch Manager position at the bank’s new Shelburne Village branch, located at 5068 Shelburne Road (formerly a Citizen’s Bank location). The property is currently undergoing extensive renovations and is scheduled to open in October of this year. Union Bank’s Shelburne Village location will be the bank’s third office to open in Chittenden County since 2019, when it opened new branches in Jericho and Williston.
