Vermont Mutual Insurance Group awards scholarship grants
Vermont Mutual Insurance Group recently awarded two scholarship grants as part of their company's scholarship program. The scholarships were awarded to two students based on entries submitted as part of the selection process. The company's scholarship committee was tasked with the difficult selection decision based on personal essays submitted by several students. From all of the entries submitted, two essays, one from Molly Yacavoni and another from Nate Williams, were selected.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont (Blue Cross) is pleased to welcome David Yoo as the company’s new Chief Information Officer. He comes to Vermont from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.
When the question was raised how a small Vermont health services non-profit can support their members through information technology, Yoo asks a question of his own:
“How do we encourage better patient engagement and better access to care? We can support our members through safer, more accessible, and more consistent data exchange between their health plan and their providers.”
Bennington Museum names Mahoney executive director
Following a nation-wide search, Martin Mahoney, Director of Operations and Collections at the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, MA, has been appointed Bennington Museum’s next Executive Director. He will assume his leadership position in Bennington on September 8, 2021.
Howard Center appoints Melbostad as Chittenden clinic director
