Casella Waste Systems announced that the company’s president and chief operating officer, Edwin Johnson, will retire on June 30, and that Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Edmond “Ned” Coletta will assume the role of president and chief financial officer, effective July 1. Johnson plans to stay on in an advisory capacity for the remainder of 2022 to ensure a seamless transition.
