Joel Gianninoto, former vice president and commercial lender at BankProv, has joined Ledyard Bank as vice president and commercial relationship manager.

Gianninoto has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial, and commercial real estate lending across New England. Known for his ability to originate, structure and manage complex credit transactions, he has built a strong reputation for driving growth while deepening relationships with business clients, community partners and centers of influence.

DEW Construction has announced the promotions of Dakota Stender to senior project manager and Brad Roy to senior estimator.

Stender joined DEW nearly five years ago and is based at the company's Williston office. In his expanded role, he will oversee the planning and execution of DEW’s more technically challenging projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Additionally, he will continue mentoring project management staff while ensuring quality, schedule adherence, safety performance, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Community National Bank has promoted Sarah Chadburn from assistant vice president and commercial loan officer to vice president of commercial lending.

Chadburn joined Community National in 2009 as a teller and transferred two years later to the commercial credit department. She was promoted to portfolio manager in 2019 and to assistant vice president in 2021.
