Flanagan joins brand design studio Ruthless & Wellington
John Flanagan, former communications director at Burlington City Arts, has joined brand design studio Ruthless & Wellington as head of copy. In this new role, Flanagan will assist in strategic messaging while helping to develop the studio’s communications and content development capacities.
Flanagan brings to R&W more than 10 years in the marketing and communications field, a passion for creative copywriting and a deep familiarity with the Vermont arts and business landscapes.
Jacob Moulton joins Primmer’s health care practice

Lea M. Williams, a 20-year member of the Norwich University community, has been appointed as provost and dean of faculty following her service as interim provost.
