Two directors at United Counseling Service, Operations Director Amy Fela and Associate Director of Early Childhood Services Rebecca Bishop Ware, graduated from the Head Start Management Fellows Program at UCLA in July. The fellowship is a two-week intensive training tailored to managers and directors of federally funded Head Start and Early Head Start programs across the country.

Based in National Life’s Addison, Texas, office, Burden joins the chief financial officer senior leadership team to support growth and its ongoing mission to serve policyholders.
