Vermont Business Magazine Women Can Do – Vermont Works for Women’s signature career exploration conference for high school girls and gender-expansive youth – will be taking place on the Randolph campus of Vermont State University this Thursday, October 5, 2023. 400 high school students from across the state will participate in dozens of hands-on activities designed to expose them to promising careers considered non-traditional for women.

Vermont Division for Historic Preservation Offering Lecture on Mapping of Revolutionary War

The 13th Annual Champlain Valley Buddy Walk will take place at Burlington's Battery Park on Sunday, October 1st, with on-site registration opening at noon and the walk commencing at 1 PM. More than 150 people are expected to attend the event, which is one of 250 Walks across the country this fall to raise awareness and funds for programs that benefit people with Down syndrome and their families.
