Rich Feeley, President of Coburn & Feeley Property Management of Burlington, recently announced his retirement effective 1/1/19. Feeley, along with his business partner, the late Tom Coburn, founded the firm in 1978 as Coburn & Feeley Real Estate and Property Management. C&F’s Real Estate division merged with Hickok & Boardman in 1997.

Dr Ronald Vallario is now seeing patients at Grace Cottage Family Health. A native of New Jersey, Dr Vallario is a graduate of Rutgers University, University of South Carolina, and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School; he completed his family medicine residency at North Carolina Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Rep Peter Welch (D-Vt.) today presented Mr Albert Besser of Morrisville with the Congressional Gold Medal in recognition of his heroic service as part of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during World War II.
