Paul Frank + Collins PC is pleased to announce that attorney Stephen D Ellis has joined the firm’s Litigation and Labor and Employment teams. Attorney Ellis is an accomplished trial and appellate advocate, arbitrator, and mediator. He brings to PF+C substantial experience in the areas of professional liability, intellectual property, business litigation, insurance, and labor and employment law. Attorney Ellis earned his JD from Rutgers University School of Law, and is a Hampshire College alum. Ellis has an established record of success in numerous complex civil trials and appeals before federal and state courts, including the United States Supreme Court, and in administrative agencies, throughout Vermont and in multiple other jurisdictions. He has attained Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV) and has been listed in New England Super Lawyers since 2014.
