Dismas of Vermont, Inc. (DOV) has named James Curran to be its new Executive Director. Curran is replacing Jan-Roberta Tarjan, who announced several months ago her intention to retire from the organization effective June 30. Tarjan, who has served as the Executive Director of DOV since 2011, will continue at Dismas over the coming weeks to assist Curran as needed.

University of Vermont Geography professor Lesley-Ann L Dupigny-Giroux, PhD, the Vermont State Climatologist, has been elected to serve a two-year term as the president of the American Association of State Climatologists.
TCE welcomed Brett McCreary, E.I. to our Engineering Team at TCE earlier this year. Brett was an intern for TCE in 2017 and 2018 and then after graduating from UVM in 2019 worked for EIV Technical Services doing roadway inspection work for the Downtown Waterbury Reconstruction Road Project.
