Sam Allaire, nursing education program manager at Copley Hospital, has been promoted to the role of chief nursing officer at the nonprofit community hospital, which serves Greater Lamoille County.

In her new role, Allaire is focused on supporting Copley’s nursing and clinical staff. She is engaged in regular process review to ensure her team has what it needs to optimize the time they spend with patients at the bedside. In addition, Allaire wants to build systems of support to help nursing staff grow in their careers.

Real estate broker Mark Thibeault has joined the commercial team at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty, where he will assist the firm’s commercial clients in Vermont and New Hampshire. He will work out of the company's Franconia office.
