Dealer.com adds Mitch Truwit and Marcelo Gigliani of Apax Partners to Board of Directors

Dealer.com (www.dealer.com), the global leader in automotive Internet marketing solutions, today announced that Mitch Truwit and Marcelo Gigliani of Apax Partners will be joining the company's Board of Directors. Apax Partners recently acquired an approximately 30 percent stake in Dealer.com from Yellow Media Inc.

As part of the transfer in ownership from Yellow Media, Marc P. Tellier, Doug A. Clarke and Normand Theberge will be stepping down from the Dealer.com Board.

Merritt & Merritt & Moulton welcomes associate

Jennifer received her B.A. in Science and Technology Studies from Cornell and her J.D. from Duke University. Ms. Dudanowicz’s practice is focused on general corporate and securities law with a concentration in equity financings and mergers and acquisitions. She was formerly an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LP in New York.

A New College President Reflects on the Coming Academic Year

On July 5, 2011, Steve Gold took over the reins as Lyndon State College’s interim president. Norwich engineering students place first in region, fourth overall in international PCI Engineering Student Design Competition

Norwich University officials announced that engineering students placed first in the region and fourth overall in the 2011 international PCI Engineering Student Design Competition, also known as the Big Beam Contest.

Norwich University is the smallest institution in the competition to win in its zone, which includes all the eastern states from Virginia to Maine. The other zone winners have an average of 29,000 students (ranging from 16,000-51,000) compared to 2,100 at Norwich. In addition, this is only the second year that Norwich has participated in this competition.

Dealer.com names Eliza Kelly Vice President of Marketing
