Toney appointed visiting fellow at National Security Institute

John Toney, Vermont’s chief information security officer, has been appointed as a visiting fellow by the National Security Institute at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. As part of that role, he joins NSI’s Cyber & Tech Security Council.
