Ledyard National Bank is pleased to announce that Reginald E. Greene, Jr. has joined the bank as its Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. He will be responsible for managing the bank’s lending efforts.

Reggie has held senior level positions in commercial banking over the last thirteen years and has over twenty five years of banking experience. Prior to joining Ledyard, he was the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Commercial Banking at Merchants Bank in South Burlington, Vermont.

Maureen Hebert, an expert in adult education, has been named director of Vermont Tech’s newly formed Continuing Education and Workforce Development division.

Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company announced recently the addition of Neville McNaughton to the Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company Board of Directors.

The Dartmouth Board of Trustees appointed Provost Carol L. Folt, PhD, as the interim president of Dartmouth, effective July 1, following the election of President Jim Yong Kim to lead the World Bank. President Kim will remain Dartmouth’s president until June 30 and continue to lead Dartmouth through the conclusion of the academic year and Commencement.

Six new employees have joined the staff at Seven Days, Vermont’s largest independent weekly newspaper, over the past few months. The new hires include two staff writers, a marketing and events manager, a production manager, a designer and a sales assistant.

PayData Payroll Services, Inc, a locally owned and operated Vermont company, has announced the hiring of Louise Ticehurst as Client Services Manager.

Louise brings a wealth of knowledge in management, customer service, payroll and financial experience to lead PayData’s Client Service Team.

Prior to joining PayData, Louise worked at The Tyler Place Family Resort as an end-user of PayData’s Evolution Payroll and HR application. She has also worked at Missisquoi Valley Union High School, and with the Federal contractor, FCi Federal at the Department of Homeland Security.

Keith Pillsbury was unanimously re-elected as the Burlington School Board Chair at the April 1st, 2012 Commissioner's Meeting. Commissioner Pillsbury has served on the Board since 1987. In his acceptance speech, he noted "I appreciate the Board’s vote of confidence.
