Julie is a native Vermonter bringing a wealth of community knowledge to the agency. She resides in Charlotte with her husband, Hank, and their two children. Julie is passionate about her local community has served on several local boards and devoted many years volunteering at the Emergency Department at the Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington.

Phelps Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Pavlo Kozhokin (Pasha) to its engineering team. Pasha is a 2012 graduate of Norwich University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to his studies, Pasha played hockey for the Cadets and was a key member of the 2009-2010 National Championship team.

Rob brings 19+ years of banking experience to the firm. His focus was in the business finance and commercial real estate lending areas. This background provides him with the tools to perform economic evaluations of properties for customers and clients at V/T Commercial. His specialty is helping the real estate investor find the most suitable property and secure financing. Currently he is also active with property management and cash-flow enhancement for investment clients.

Bread Loaf Corporation, the Vermont firm of architects, planners and builders, is pleased to announce that Tom Currell has joined Bread Loaf Corporation as a Client Services Manager. Tom received his Bachelors, summa cum laude, at the University of New Mexico and his Masters from Western Michigan University.

This July, Lund welcomed Stephanie Lemay to the Development team. Stacey Haines originally started with The Vermont Teddy Bear Company in January of 2005 as an Inventory Data Processor. In the years following Haines moved into Inventory Control and eventually into a Merchandising Coordinator position. This year in May Haines joined VTB’s sister company Pajamagram® as the Internet Merchandiser.

Dr. Dagan Loisel, PhD from Duke University, whose research interests include genetic links to disease, has joined the Saint Michael's College faculty as an assistant professor of biology, starting this fall.

Thomas Engineering Associates, P.C., an HVAC Mechanical Engineering and Design company based in Waitsfield, is pleased to announce the addition of Deborah Gagne-Barney, P.E. as their new HVAC/Plumbing Engineer.
