Rob brings 19+ years of banking experience to the firm. His focus was in the business finance and commercial real estate lending areas. This background provides him with the tools to perform economic evaluations of properties for customers and clients at V/T Commercial. His specialty is helping the real estate investor find the most suitable property and secure financing. Currently he is also active with property management and cash-flow enhancement for investment clients.
Rob is an active board member for Spectrum Youth & Family Services and a volunteer/ coach with Chittenden County Special Olympics. He is a former board member for American Cancer Society, Make- A-Wish Foundation of Vermont, North Western Vermont Home Builders Assoc., & Lyric Theatre. He graduated from the business school at the University of Vermont in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
He lives in South Burlington with his wife Holly. During his leisure time he enjoys skiing, biking, boating, and hunting.
