Otter Creek Awnings & Sunrooms welcomes design consultant

Otter Creek Awnings & Sunrooms of Williston announces the addition of Kristopher Larson as a Sales and Design Consultant. Mr. Larson has experience in the building, solar and outdoor equipment industry. His experience is in management, sales, fulfillment, customer retention, corporate strategy and development. Prior to joining Otter Creek Awnings & Sunrooms he was employed by Sunward Systems, LLC in Shelburne, VT as the Sales Director. Mr. Larson resides in Vergennes and services Chittenden County.

Frame Game under new ownership

In September of 2011 Patricia (Pat) LaClair and brother Rob LaClair purchased the Frame Game on Williston Rd in South Burlington from long-time owner Joel Bradley. Joel began the well-known local custom framing shop, the Frame Game, over 35 years ago. Over those 35 years the business grew to expand into several different locations around the area, including the Burlington Square Mall, University Mall, and into its current location on Williston Road where it has been operating for the past 13 years.

St Michael’s names experienced higher ed professional, Sarah Kelly, Ph.D., the new Vice President for Enrollment

Sarah Kelly, former Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Students at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, has been named Vice President for Enrollment at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. She began September 16, 2013.

“Sarah Kelly brings excellent experience and an outstanding track record working in the challenging area of admissions for a liberal arts college,” said Saint Michael’s President John J. Neuhauser. “We are very pleased to have her bring her talents, experience and good spirits to Saint Michael’s,” he added.

The Vermont Community Foundation introduces two new philanthropy awards

The Vermont Community Foundation was pleased to present two new philanthropy awards at its 27th Annual Meeting Thursday, September 12 at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, which was attended by more than 350 people. Carl Ferenbach received the Excellence in Philanthropy Award, and Louise Sjobeck of Randolph Center and Chandler Center for the Arts together received the Community Impact Award.
