The ribbon is cut by Keith & Jackie Lorman at the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Celebration for the Grand Opening of Tan Heaven, which is now open at 170 North Main St. in Rutland. Tan Heaven offer the newest and most advanced tanning technology with bed tanning, a standing booth and organic spray tan. Tan Heaven also has full waxing services and a private sauna to relax your stresses away.

Vermont author announces release of new book “On Vermont Time …”

Vermont Author Timothy G. Stetson is pleased to announce the release of the new book “On Vermont Time …” which features many written works of his own as well as the work of a handful of other Vermont authors, poets, photographers and artists including poetry by Lauren Young and Roderick Bates; drawings by Kraig McFadden; the posthumous writings of Lou Hill; and posthumous photos by Gardner Stetson and Harold Green.

Rambur, professor of health policy and nursing at the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, is being recognized as an outstanding individual who is creative in her approach, uses well-designed course materials and instructional strategies, and has a demonstrated rapport with students.
