Brattleboro Area Chamber of Commerce names 2012 Corporate Citizen of the Year

The Brattleboro Area Chamber of Commerce named the Brooks House Development team as the 2012 Corporate Citizen of the Year on Friday, November 1 at the annual Chamber gala.

Craig Miskovich, Drew Richards, Pete Richards, Bob Stevens and Ben Taggard were recognized for the work they have done to redevelop the Brooks House following the April 2011 fire that devastated the historic Main Street building.

Ken Merritt elected to Broadcast Pix, Inc. board of directors

H. Kenneth Merritt, Jr., Managing Director of Merritt & Merritt & Moulton was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Broadcast Pix, Inc. based in Billerica, MA. Broadcast Pix sells state of the art video production integration systems. Broadcast Pix is a portfolio company of North Country Angels, Vermont’s angel investor group which meets monthly in South Burlington.

VITL adds four to its growing staff

Vermont Information Technology Leaders (VITL) today announced the appointment of Dana Clark to lead technical support specialist, Suzanne Garrow to project manager, Sue Powers to clinical analyst, and Angela Shaheen to technical support specialist.

As lead technical support specialist with VITL, Clark will assist in providing client service with regards to data delivery and education on technical topics. Most recently employed at General Dynamics, she has a background in systems analysis and accounting/finance. Clark resides in Fairfax.
