Vermont Conservation voters hires political director
Vermont Conservation Voters recently hired Lauren Hierl as political director.
Hierl, who is currently the Environmental Health Advocate at VPIRG, fills the newly-created position at VCV. She starts in early March.
"We are thrilled to have Lauren join VCV. Her demonstrated commitment to conservation, her grassroots and political skills, and her direct experience at the Vermont State House are all huge assets,” said Stark Biddle, chair of the VCV board. “There is no doubt she will hit the ground running," he said.
Peter Plumeau and Dan Weinstein named to RSG board of directors
RSG Senior Director, Peter Plumeau, and RSG Director, Dan Weinstein, have been appointed to the RSG Board of Directors by RSG’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Trustees. This appointment marks the first term for both Mr. Plumeau and Mr. Weinstein. RSG’s Board of Directors is responsible for governance of the company, providing direction and oversight to management.
Vermont Teddy Bear Company hires Mark Ranalletti as VP of operations
The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Inc., one of Vermont’s largest employers, today announced the hire of Mark Ranalletti as Vice President of Operations. The hire represents an important component of an overall strategy initiated 12 months ago, and builds on the company’s 2013 successes.
Ranalletti comes to Vermont from L.L. Bean where he was most recently the Senior Market Manager, capping a distinguished 22-year career at the firm serving in a variety of important capacities domestically and globally.
