Bread Loaf Corporation welcomes architectural design assistant Kathryn Kirkpatrick

Bread Loaf Corporation, a Vermont firm of architects, planners, and builders is pleased to announce Kathryn Kirkpatrick, has joined our Architectural Department as an Architectural Design Assistant. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Williams College.

In Kathryn’s new position at Bread Loaf Corporation she built the presentation model for the Middlebury New Town Office project, and prepared drawings for the UVM Alumni House, Royalton Memorial Library and St. James Episcopal Church.

Family physician with commitment to rural medicine joins Chelsea practice

Pennsylvania native Amanda Hepler knew from a young age that she would become a doctor.

“Pretty much from when I was very little, I wanted to be a doctor,” says Hepler, whose mother was a radiology technologist often the go-to person for medical questions.

At Grove City College in Pennsylvania, Hepler studied molecular biology. Medical school at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia followed. Her residency in family medicine was at Latrobe Family Medicine Residency, also in Pennsylvania.

Timbers Restaurant at Sugarbush Resort has announced the hiring of Bruce Hyde Jr. as manager.

Hyde, raised in the Mad River Valley, brings a depth of restaurant management experience to his new position. Hyde’s earliest restaurant experience was earned working for his parents at the Hyde Away Inn & Restaurant while attending Harwood Union High School. Hyde went on to gain experience at several other local establishments including Easy Street Café and Paradise Deli.

Bread Loaf Corporation, a Vermont firm of architects, planners, and builders is pleased to announce Jim Duprey, LEED AP, has joined our Architectural Department as an Architect. Jim bring with him 18 years of experience on a variety of resort, institutional and commercial projects.

In Jim’s new position at Bread Loaf Corporation he is working on construction documents for the AngioDynamics Clean Room Renovations project and the Landmark College, Science, Technology & Innovations Center.
