Leadership transition at National Bank of Middlebury

At the annual meeting of the National Bank of Middlebury on May 6, G. Kenneth Perine, President and CEO announced a leadership transition for the bank. As of December 31, 2014, Mr. Perine will step down as president and chief executive officer after twenty-three years at the helm. Caroline Carpenter, a seventeen-year veteran of the bank and current executive vice president, will assume the presidency and position of chief executive officer as of January 1, 2015.

DominionTech Inc. welcomes senior network engineer

DominionTech Inc., Vemont’s premier IT and Computer Services Company has announced that Brent Magnant has joined the team as a Senior Network Engineer. Brent earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Vermont and previously worked for the State of Vermont. Ingrid Punderson Jackson has announced the sale of her local real estate firm – Ingrid Punderson Jackson Real Estate located in Middlebury, VT to Amey Ryan. The firm was established by Jackson in 2006 as Middlebury’s only boutique real estate firm specializing in residential real estate. Ryan joined the firm in early 2008 and together they continued to build a reputable and recognizable brand, commonly referred to as IPJ Real Estate. Jackson and Ryan developed the company to its current market leader position.
